Brickbay is back up —Dan Jezek
It looks like Interland has fixed the problem, that's all I know. But all files including some databases show last modified date of 5/10/01. They must have restored them from a backup. This means that messages, feedback and order detail items from (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: Brickbay is back up —Mark Papenfuss
It looks like your counter got the ax, according to it I was visitor #432, lol. I see the last few orders I placed, but there was 'no information' for them, arg! I hope I saved the contents someplace else - oops! Is there any way of getting them? (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

(...) If so, Bummer. I would say that losing 11 days worth of stuff is not very professional on their part. Not telling you makes it even worse. Very unprofessional.         Re: Brickbay is back up —Troy Cefaratti
Dan, Nice to see it back up! I'm racing to get a bunch of stuff done, just in case it goes back down again! I'd make a backup to your local computer of as much as you can, just in case it goes back down and you have to take it to another provider. I (...)      (...) Dan, I know some things have changed at Interland lately, but did they do away with their uptime guarantee? I think you have them dead-to-rights if you signed up while this was in effect.         ARGH! Invoicing doesn't work! Re: Brickbay is back up —Troy Cefaratti
Subject says it all. Seems the loss of the order detail information has made it impossible to send invoice for those orders. Back to doing it the old-fashioned way I guess....I should have that e-mail template around here somewhere! Troy (who is (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: ARGH! Invoicing doesn't work! Re: Brickbay is back up —Troy Cefaratti
Larry, I ran into this as well with all of my $0.00 orders. Seems that it does actually change them to OCR status, as after getting that screen, I was then able to go and cancel the orders. I didn't try it on any orders that actually had a dollar (...) (23 years ago, 22-May-01, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

Re: ARGH! Invoicing doesn't work! Re: Brickbay is back up —Troy Cefaratti
(...) All of the orders that I canceled were all for $0.00 with 0 items. I sure hope that there wasn't inventory attached to them that just wasn't showing.      (...) Dan, Thats pretty strange. All the orders that I was aware of (through 5/18) are there, but the details are missing (since 5/10). (...) This strikes me as the height of irresponsibility.          Re: Brickbay is back up —Ray Sanders
(...) OK, reality check time... I just compared my current inventory to one I pulled on 5/17 (last Thrusday, before the outage).
