Slopes always sell well and at high prices. Just see at what happened in the
last Auczilla. I'm thinking in Slave I....I guess the MTT and AAT are not
available still in the US....too bad, maybe for Auczilla XIII. Also I
understand these sets might be hard to find at low prices today. In any case,
I think slopes will do VERY well, specially gray, DkGray, tan, brown, green.
I'm a sure buyer for all tan, brown, gray and dark gray pieces: Slopes, cones,
cylinders, plates, bricks, tiles, etc, etc in any of those 4 colors....
Also special pieces (like rods, connectors, etc)in those 4 colors might sell
well. These are "realistic" colors useful for anything from spacecraft to
temples, not available in enough quantities untill fairly recently (save
gray)....
I'm not sure strange "lively" colors like purple and orange will be THAT
sought after, but that's my personal opinion and my tastes may not represent
the average Auczilla customer. The Mos Espa pod race is a good source of both
"lively" and "realistic" colors to make everyone happy. Actually I think all
SW sets have pieces I want in big quantities, so you can't get it wrong. The
only part I don't think will do well is the strange brown Droid Fighter wing,
but that same set has quite good pieces to compensate.
However, in short: I would bet for all pieces gray, dark gray, brown, tan and
green, mainly slopes.
