I recently saw the Cement Mixer 7990 at a store and the box had "Special Edition" on it. Otherwise, from what I could tell it was identical to the 7990 I see on the S@H website. We built this set once (last weekend) and found only two long blue tubes missing. The sticker is like new and has never been applied.
