Excellent.

You really aren't planning you life well then. Get some priorities.
BrikWars is LIFE. <thwunk> Pardon, me. The minifig on my desk got out of
hand.

Hmm. Let's see. TL6. Torso is about 6x14=84. Call it 4d10 armor (22AV).
Maximum power 12. Torso cost = (84 + 22 + 12^2) / 20 = 13CP.
Mass = (84 * 22) / 100 = 19.
Move = ( 400 x 12^2 ) / ( 84 x 22 ) = 57600 / 1848 = 31". Maximum 4 * TL.
So Move = 24".
Cargo capacity is Power. So 12".
Legs: 2 (good joints) + 5 (height) + 22 (AV) + 1 (foot) = 30CP @.
Arms: 2 + 3 + 22 + 22 (22AV hand) = 49CP @.
Each hand imparts -1CMP".
Weapons (Where's the third missile pod?). Power should be fine. Heck. Cost
those yourself. :-)
So, without weapons, 13 + (2 * 30) + (2 * 49) = 171. Oops, it looks like
you've got a jump jet on that bad boy. Hmm. 6 Power. Costs another 12CP.
Provides an additional (5 * 6) / 19 = 1" thrust. So, move = 25" and final cost
is 183CP plus weapons.
At TL5 he would be 5CP less and move 7" with 6 power. The jump jet is
useless and you may have more than -6" CMP when the weapons are added. Uh oh.
He won't be able to support himself. 12 power total in legs. 19 mass. Lower
armor to 2d10+3 (14) and he'll work. He'll be a little faster and cheaper
that way. Cost: 7 + (2 * 22) + (2 * 33) (skip the jump jet) = 117. Move: 12".
Watch that 6" cargo. You already have -2" CMP from the hands.
As I've been using the RV supplement, that's it. I think I have everything
right. I can figure jumping if you want. But, I've found not many mechs can
jump well.

Let us know. Weekends may be more difficult down here. It is a lot easier
to find a location then. Let us know. We may be able to get the library for
longer. The last time I called, they indicated that we might not need to
vacate at closing.
Later,
