The First set I got with those type of tires was 851 Tractor (Expert Builder Set) Before they were known as Tehnic Sets. here's some other sets they appeared 8859, 8860, (8865 (...) A sidelight on this whole business. The other day I happened to be at a Walmart nearby that sometimes has real good clearances on Lego. Well, I took a Break yesterday from Lego and decided to get in alittle Troublemaking. I was outside playing with my Potato GUN. Anyway, I did some finishing touches on the Steam Train, "The Dutchman". I want to Thank John for the name (Came about in (...) (26 years ago, 2-Jun-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ny.syr)

(...) Yup, that's the place. I don't get to Syracuse often, but around Christmas they still had one Pirate set and a Dark Forest Fortress, as far as I recall at MRSP although perhaps a little higher.
