My thanks again to Rose, I finally got through, and it turns out that she DID save the items I had asked for! I think that this reflects really well on Linda at the outlet -- a lot of places would not have waited for me to get through again. About (...) Well, I tried calling every 15 minutes since 8am.... when I finally got through around 9:45, she took my number and called me back. Everything I wanted was gone when she called. In my case (I think that I really was the first to get her -- she told me she had just gotten in, and I had called four times since 9:00 getting no answer), she didn't take my number to call me back. She started doing this while I was on the phone with her. She needed me to call back so she could use a different phone. Before I could redial someone else got through and she took their number, then she called me back. She kept getting phone calls (...) I took my monthly journey to the Lego Outlet in Dawsonville. Linda the manager and her assistant manager (who's name has slipped my mind) were, as always, super kind and excited about AFOL's.
