Re: Southern LEGOFest - 18th September —Simon Robinson
(...) Eeek! Is this primarily a trading event? I don't think I have any stuff to trade - I was just assuming it would be a social gathering. Simon (URL) (25 years ago, 19-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

John, are you planning on having a 9v train setup? It would be cool if we each bring some track and stock and build a mega-layout! Huw (25 years ago, 27-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

It would make messages like this an awful lot more understandable if you could try supplying a few set names with all those numbers. Or do you expect all your readers to spend 10 minutes looking up numbers on the lugnet database before they'll have (...) (25 years ago, 29-Jul-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: 9v Train Layout @ Southern LEGOFest - 18th September —Jonathon Goldsworthy
Actually, I only expected those interested in Lego trains AND the LEGOFest to read on, given the title. I do realise that I could have been more helpful. I'm sorry that it resulted in 10 minutes of wasted time for you, but most Lego train fans (...) (25 years ago, 1-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: Southern LEGOFest - 18th September —Jonathon Goldsworthy
I'd like to do all 3 too, but since I don't have any particularly rare sets, I'll be happy doing just the first 2. I would love a 4554 and a 6547, but don't hold out much hope.      Thank you Jon. It'll be just like home, if cartoon network is on all day. Jessica loves her Lego too, and is rather envious of MY collection.      Hmmmm - perhaps before we all go to this event we should all post up want lists and prepared-to-trade lists.
