I dunno what happened with Nicholas Allan, but I guess he found himself with
less time than he expected, or something - these things happen!
I'm bouncing this through admin.general, so hopefully things can get moving.
You're already a member, so IIRC a little tweak on the LUGNET end needs to be
made, and you can edit away.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the layout
ftxing etc, and feel free(er) to blow it all away and start again!
