Re: First visit to Legoland UK (longish)

In article <F8oG1H.ILM@lugnet.com>, hmillington@cix.co.uk had their 2d worth... (...) It's all looking _very_ tired now. I don't think much of it has been replaced at all. Many of the darker colours like brown and red are showing up particularly (...) (26 years ago, 16-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: First visit to Legoland UK (longish)

(...) I have never been to LL Windsor, but when I was in Billund about 11-13 years ago, Miniland there was _large_. When I say Large, I mean that the 4*2-3 meters of Mount Rushmore were only a minor attraction. From what I can see from Richard Dee's (...) (26 years ago, 16-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) That's a shame. You'd expect them to replace it all over, say, a 5 year period, but clearly that's not the case. (...) conentrating (...) But from your report, and my own observations it does seem to be the least busy area of the park. (...) (...) (26 years ago, 17-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

On Tue, 16 Mar 1999 18:31:11 GMT, Jasper Janssen uttered the following profundities... (...) I didn't realise I had any LLW photos on my site! The only one I remember putting up there was of Stonehenge! I must go back and see what's up there! (26 years ago, 18-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

(...) *scratches head* Well.. I suppose I meant someone else's site, then. D'oh! Jasper (26 years ago, 19-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)

Re: First visit to Legoland UK (longish)

Jasper, I think you're referring to Huw's site ((URL) and yes, the unlabelled picture is of Mont St. Michel. (Which was infested with a wasp's nest a few summers ago... The model that is, not the picture :-) Cheers, Kev (...) (26 years ago, 19-Mar-99, to lugnet.loc.uk)
