Didn't see any trains - most of the other models they showed were Technic, and
I spotted a Mindstorms robot in one shot.
The ship was incredible - was it 300,000 pieces he estimated? That's out of a
total collection of 1 million! Puts my 25,000 to shame.

Like Scott, I was not sure what to expect from the programme, although while the ship was quite impressive, in some ways it had scope for improvement. I felt that the bow would look much smother using plates rather than bricks, but maybe he did not (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.loc.uk)
