Gamley's in West Quay, Southampton, have some Hogwarts' Castles left, and a load of Diagon Alley shops. Woolworths outside (I think - could have been another shop around there) had some Hagrid's Huts too. And I've seen a market trader in Gosport (...) (23 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

FWIW: These newsletters were the forerunners to the LEGO Club Bricks and Pieces magazines that launched in 1979. There were only four issues produced running to 1977 (IIRC. Phil?) and they were sent out free of charge - not sure how you got on the (...) (23 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)

The date of the three Weetabix sets was 1977: the final year for the arm-less minifigs and the first year for ridged tyres. The castle on the other hand, could have been produced anywhere through the 60s: wavey flag and plenty of grey plates, (...) (23 years ago, 18-Dec-01, to lugnet.loc.uk)
