Re: Two points for a European Legofest

From a UK perspective, Paris must be one of the best options - easily accessible by various means from the south of England where many AFOL's live, but also from the central belt of Scotland via the Ryanair flights from Prestwick (between 29 and 60 (...) (...) Hi Ardjan, Your are good points. And these are the reasons for Richard is keeping a list of the possible attendees. When we'll have some more info about the number and location of the coming AFOLs, we'll be in a better position to decide where (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.eu)

Two points for a European Legofest

Hi! I was thinking about the european Legofest. I think there are two things to check first: - Where are the european lugnet-active AFOLers living? (...) IMHO, I don't agree. I'd surely be quite upset finding a non-english (and non-italian of course :-) message in loc.eu I see cross-posting as a great advantage, but I can't see the advantage of writing in other languages in this NG... (...) you (...) Heh. (...) For what it's worth, it doesn't seem inappropriate to me to crosspost a message in Italian to .eu. Europe is a polyglot of languages, and I wouldn't be surprised to see posts in .eu in many different languages. (Not that (...) (25 years ago, 17-Dec-99, to lugnet.loc.eu, lugnet.loc.it)
