  Re: Meeting

(...) I understand, but tough cookies for anyone who would complain. (...) That is fine, email me shiningblade@home.com with the details (address and parking instructions) I do not think you want to post you address on the web. (...) Good idea. :-) (...)   Meeting

I can do the meeting Wednesday evening. I have to tell you though that I do not have much on display (exept for tonnes of bricks). Only one MOC under construction and I am planning on tearing apart the backend to make it longer. Warning: it will be (...) (23 years ago, 6-May-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott)

  Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

(...) I for one think an Ontario/Quebec wide get-together would be awesome. I think Ottawa would be a wonderful place to host it too. <grin> Seriously though, I do wish I could get to the rtlToronto/train1 event. I probably won't make it (I'd have (...)   Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

(...) Don't give up! the Blockminding game is a lot more free form than Stacking, Sumo or Marbles. There's lots of latitude to build cool stuff! Calum (23 years ago, 4-May-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

(...) How long did you take to come up with that one? :) MonLUG is coming out to rtl/train1, an open invitation stands for Parlugment to come out to train1 or rtl8 (May 26 and June 9 respectively, depending on yer bent (train or technic)) of course.   Re: score

Well, it's LEGO, so it's worth it, right? But I know the feeling you mean, thinking "what have I done?" afterwards. I wish I could get you to buy me some more from the LEGO outlet, but I better slow down for now. I've been told our bank account is (...)   Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

The lot that you won looks well worth it! But, what I don’t understand is why people go out and buy such new sets only to sell them within a year? (I saw that there was an R2 D2 in your lot, therefore I'm assuming that the seller only recently (...)   Re: score

Ya, I got outta hand on that one. I was hoping that the seller would say "No...don't ship to Canada". But he replied that it was fine. So like you said I had better enjoy the box. Heading to the Outlet store myself. Any requests from down here? Jeff (...) (23 years ago, 3-May-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

  Re: score

Whoa! That is quite the expensive purchase. I hope you get some good stuff in there. I couldn't justify it to myself, but that's just because I would be looking to spend that much on a single 4558 Metroliner train. <grin> By the way, I noticed that (...)   Re: score

I was not sure if you were still around for a while. It was quite here for some time. That day I just had a good "word of mouth" sale and immediately following that I scored at Value Village. I also had a great weekend. I got 2162 Hydro Reef Wrecker (...) (23 years ago, 3-May-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott)

Re: Women's Team and Soccer Value Pack at Whitby TRU!!!!

See my post in .buy/sell here: (URL) to see what is in set 3416. I've seen that soccer pack as well, and there is a number on it, I can't remember what it is, but it is 5 digits like the LoM pack. Adam (...) (23 years ago, 29-Apr-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on, lugnet.sports)

  Re: score

(...) OK so what exactly did you find? A new 2nd hand toy store? Toy Box reopen at somewhere else? Good luck at garage sale? (23 years ago, 29-Apr-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott)

Women's Team and Soccer Value Pack at Whitby TRU!!!!

<set:3416 Women's Team> is at TRU in Whitby, ON!!!...!!! It costs $14.99. I didn't buy one, so I can't tell you exactly what you get. But it does look like a good set.   score

Tim the answer to that question I left on your machine last night....about $50.00 or less. I had a nice little score today.
