Anyway, why would you want to waste a perfectly good minifig? [though I
imagine some people would get some sort of sick pleasure doing this to
Timmies or Jar-Jars.]

ooooh no, no, no... no Lego Minifigs will be harmed during the making of the
ultimate plastic Lego toilet seat :)... just bricks... I don't want some
minifig staring at me :P

You place the minifigs in face down, so the only people they are looking at
are male toilet users when they leave the toilet seat up.

Ben, I picked up a Bionicle Mask display box, do you have any plans to get
one of the large Bionicle display stands, an impressive sight for someone's
loungeroom.

Hahaha, Peter you are a Dag! :P  No Minifigs, one doesn't need an audience,
otherwise you should join Big Brother!  Unless you want the Lego version,
then Big Brother really could be Lego's giant Minifig! (of course he comes
with a camera).

Mel (wants to see Peter in "changing rooms" that would be bad! hahaha)
