  Re: New Soccer Prices

I was told by Customet Service that the pricing of the soccer sets was determined by Marketing, and that customer service doesn't have anything to do with the pricing. As marketing doesn't deal with customers (as silly as that may seem) and customer (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

  Re: Another Football Question

There should be one set of stickers, with the numbers and national flags as appropriate, for each. This includes large national flags for the windows, a green backed one for goalies, and normal ones for the other team members. (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: New Soccer Prices

(...) Yeah, I knew you knew that :), the other respondent didn't seem to understand the prices were the issue rather than set availability. I don't know when they are going back up if at all, no-one seems to really know. I've heard rumours of "in a (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.org.au)

  Re: Train wheels

(...) Thanks for the offer bt I'm not enough into trains to go through any difficulties in building them (translation: I'm lazy). (...) Thanks for the clarification. Cheers Tim (whose English is very stilted due to a failing attempt to write a PhD (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Another Football Question

Decided to go check on those 3405 and 3406 buses. 3405 does come with the two sticker sheets (see my other post). However this has got four different European teams AND there is a set of the flag stickers that has a green background (ie meant for (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Another Football Question

  Re: Train wheels

9V Wheels also offer less resistance than the 12V wheels. Don't bother going to Lego Aus asking them for these, none in stock. They don't have anything, not even the 9v electrical connectors. Speaking to customer service today, Denmark does not (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  RE: Train wheels

Well, I may have some spares in the 4.5/12V type. [Red wheels, on a black brick] [The difference is that the 4.5/12 were on a 2x4 brick, whereas the 9V come on a 3x4(6?) attatchment [not really a brick] with the suspension/connection moulding of the (...)   Re: Train wheels

I wasn't aware that they were different but 4.5/12V wheels (so they must be harder to find I guess). (...) (25 years ago, 31-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.au)
