I have to say that I personally think this is a cool set! and the price is good too! I have mentioned that earlier! but yes this is for kids or collectors! Way cheaper than the American version which isn't that much different except more wording on (...) (25 years ago, 17-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Apparently Lego has taken Australian (and other) companies to court over their product. Whilst they themsleves may be illegitimate themselves. (URL) personally don't care too much for this article.
