Someone under the e-bay id "macmew" from Brisbane is selling off a ton of Lego at the moment. Is this anyone we know? Spotted an interesting 4-pack the other day at Haris Scarfe - 2847, 2849, 5900, 2870 all in one shrink-wrapped package cost about $16 (25 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Woohoo, ok so this is a week or two behind! DOH! But I am a happy lass indeed, I scored the #7171 Mos Espa Pod Race set for $56 and also the #7150 Tie Fighter & Y-Wing for $40 also an old #6559 Whale Cave set for $40 not to mention scoring a huge (...) (25 years ago, 10-Dec-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

Hi everyone.. I have heard that the damped shocks in the 8448 set are known to break... I think mine are starting to go, the spring on one is pushing through the endcap and bits of plastic are breaking off inside.... Is this were they normally (...)
