  Re: LEGO Inside Tour

Can I book now for the summer of 2006? :) That would be perfect, doing the insiders tour as a side trip from watching Canada play at the World Cup in Germany. (Hehe sorry, WC qualifying begins in earnest for Canada tonight in Vancouver.) (20 years ago, 18-Aug-04, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.legoland, lugnet.general, FTX)

  LEGO Inside Tour

Over the last few years, we’ve had more and more fans from around the world ask us about getting tours of LEGO Billund. It seems that more and more AFOLs want to take the trip to the source of the brick! In order to make this a reality, the (...)   Legoland California

Ok I'm sure I'm not the first person to post Legoland pictures on brickshelf but here they are. Having just visited Legoland for the first time I just had to share. All three of my kids had a great time. Even the wife was impressed with Miniland. (...) (20 years ago, 9-Aug-04, to lugnet.legoland.california, lugnet.modelteam)

Comments on first ever visit to legoland

Well, I finally got to go to legoland windsor last friday. A good day but I can't help feeling a little disappointed in places :-( Site itself is great - and bigger than I expected. We had our 3 yr old and a 3 month old baby so progress around the (...) (20 years ago, 5-Aug-04, to lugnet.legoland.windsor, lugnet.loc.uk.en)

  Re: PAB Selection?

(...) Thanks for the info. I am really looking forward to seeing LEGOLAND and my first PAB. :-) By the way, BayLUG members, are there any PAB's in Northern California? Thanks. Play well.   Re: Plus 5, Minus 1?

(...) I made a quick trip to LLCA today, and noticed that removal of Spellbreaker is in full swing. The outer walls of the elevator tower have been removed, and about 1/4 of the track sections have been dismantled. Sorry to see it go, but hopefully (...)   Re: PAB Selection?

(...) Funny you should mention that--I was there yesterday and they just got in a bunch of new items...including windows, doors, wheels, tires, minifigs, and those weird newish flower pieces. The selection right now is at an all-time high, I think. (...) (20 years ago, 23-Jul-04, to lugnet.legoland.california, lugnet.loc.us.ca, lugnet.org.us.lugola, lugnet.org.us.baylug)

  PAB Selection?

Has anybody checked out the Pick-A-Brick selection at LEGOLAND recently? I'm wondering if they have anything like windows, doors, foliage, or other similarly town related parts? Thanks.   Re: Visit to Northern California and possibly LEGOLAND California

(...) I will have to see what I am doing that weekend closer to the date - I will try to keep it clear ;) The downtown Disney (Anaheim) store is outside the park, there is a shopping area they have set up and it is in there (different parking also, (...)   Re: Visit to Northern California and possibly LEGOLAND California

(...) Looks like I'll be heading to LL CA for the Aug 7-8 weekend. I'll be staying over at a friend's place (from Ottawa) in LA, and then he's going to accompany me to LL CA on Saturday. Not sure what time we'll arrive, but I'll be carrying a cell, (...)   Re: Visit to Northern California and possibly LEGOLAND California

(...) Tim, I live about 30 minutes from LL CA. And I used to live in Fremont, which is next door to NewarkL. Count on a 8 hour drive from one to the other. I don't know if the LEGO store up there is open yet, but there are two on you route to SD. (...)   Visit to Northern California and possibly LEGOLAND California

I am going to Northern California for training from July 26-August 13, and would love to meet up with some AFOL's if there are any meetings or shows going on in that timeframe. I'm not sure what my weekday hours will look like for training, but I'll (...)   Re: Tent sale is back

(...) The tent sale will be on untill they sell out a majority of the old inventory. But I doubt it will last untill September. But you never know. I'll try and keep this thread updated. Mat (20 years ago, 15-Jul-04, to lugnet.legoland.california)

  Re: Tent sale is back

Latest at the Master Builders Shop

I stopped by the park yesterday and I saw a bunch of newly completed RV and motorhomes in the MBS. And for those of you haven't seen it, the NASA setup at miniland is well worth seeing. Mat (20 years ago, 15-Jul-04, to lugnet.legoland.california)

'Legoland' collection at San Diego County Fair (Del Mar Fair)

Whenever I go to the SD fair I like to look at the collections they have on display (I like to show fiancé that it could be worse). Anyway one of the collections that caught my eye was a Legoland collection. This was obviously an employee's (...) (20 years ago, 3-Jul-04, to lugnet.legoland.california)

Re: Letter 1x1 tile packs at LEGOLAND CA

(...) The letter tile packs must be selling quite well, because LLCA just raised the price to $2.50. Still, a welcome addition to the Lego product line. Contrary to Aaron's post, they appear to be silver letters to me. (20 years ago, 3-Jul-04, to lugnet.legoland)
