  Model Team RIP.... why?

Dear Jake, Brad and other TLC representatives, I just noticed that Model Team has now completely disappeared from the s@h site. I just wonder why... I can understand that after all the trucks and other cars (okay, there was a boat and a helicopter (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jun-02, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: TLC/TLG about to supress fan created films?

A company cannot control what you do with a product after you've bought it. Once you own the product, it's yours to do with as you please. They especially have no say in this as they've marketed sets for the creation of these types of things. They (...) (24 years ago, 26-Mar-01, to lugnet.animation, lugnet.lego.direct)

On Mon, 7 May 2001, Dave Schuler (<GCz263.2B8@lugnet.com>) wrote at 15:39:38 (...) You may have to think slightly out of the box for this one, but have you looked at Playmobil themes recently? They have excellent Castles, Pirates, Space and (...) (23 years ago, 7-May-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Brad: Sugestion for 6067

Brad: The Guarded Inn is a very neat small building. LEGO may be able to boost sales if you post an alternative design on the web somewhere that is a larger building built from 2 or more of these sets. Some AFOL may want to do this also Lester (Add (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Re: Another Legend dies....

(...) You bring up an excellent point, Eric, namely the fact that these Legend re-releases might cause many of us to cross themes. For example, I've never been a castle head, but I will undoubtedly buy one of the Guarded Inn sets. Who knows, perhaps (...) (23 years ago, 16-Jul-01, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.lego.direct)

??? New Theme Proposal ??? The results are in! O.k. so because today is my day-off, and cause this is just plain fun, I've decided to compile a complete summary of the top new sets for Lego in 2003.   Re: What a downer :-(

(...) The sad truth is that Technic is DEAD. I don’t want to believe it. But it’s true. I think the Lego Company is making a huge mistake by ignoring the Technic market.
