The Globe (was Re: Ordering custom models from Lego)

(...) I have a related question, regarding the beautiful LEGO globe on the cover of the latest? mania magazine. Are plans/instructions of some sort for it (sans lights) available? Is it perhaps soon to be released as a sculpture? I would like to (...) (23 years ago, 29-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

RE: New MyOpinions area of www.LEGO.com!

(...) I couldn't get past the first page of questions either (hit Next and nothing happened) in both Mozilla 0.9.5 and Netscape 4.7. IE wouldn't even log me in... I don't see why a pop-up window for the survey is at all necessary either. I hate (...) (23 years ago, 28-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Question re: brown bricks

On the shop.lego.com website, brown bricks (specifically, 2x2 and 2x4 bulk packs; 3753 and 3754) show as "not available", but when I phone in to the S@H phone service, I can order them no problem, they're in stock. Can someone at LD please look into (...) (23 years ago, 26-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

An interesting thing happened in the shop today...

I have been holding onto my shopping basket for a week or so, waiting for the shrubbery to appear. So, today I finally placed my order. I had in my mini-cart 4124 "Count Down to the Holidays Calendar " for my youngest daughter, but when I went to (...) (23 years ago, 23-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) My my this is nice. I like all 5 of these packs and will problably get several of each (well maybe not the bushes just for the fact that I have a ton already).   Re: we want....a shrubbery! one that looks nice... and not too expensive

(...) I always liked the Cypress Trees, but in my youth never devoted the money to the bulk pack that supplied one -since it was only one tree, and I was a child with no job.   Re: we want....a shrubbery! one that looks nice... and not too expensive
