Boy I sure do hope you guys plan ahead, you're going to be selling LOTS of these, Might be a good idea to be running these molds 24/7 till you release them :) I think they are going to be one of your hottest sellers! I'll even break my vow of not (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: we want....a shrubbery! one that looks nice... and not too expensive

Thumbs up, Brad! LEGO is back on the business of making us happy beyond the limits of sanity. Way to go! Trees are one of the most needed things for my future layout, it is VERY comforting to know they are being issued. Please keep up with your (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Oh my goodness. In lugnet.lego.direct, Brad Justus writes: <some sort of Green inspired ranting about CO2 depeleting creatures> Yes yes, shrubbery is very nice. You need something for the trains to run through and all that. Something for the greedy (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.build)

HEHEHEHE!,YAHHHHOOOOO! I can't wait! I'm praticaly dancing from happiness!!!! REAL trees for the little parks & lawns around town, & a REAL forest! The 1x2 plates are awsome too!   Re: we want....a shrubbery! one that looks nice... and not too expensive

Brad, Thanks for making the trees available! Have you discontinued the 1x4x5 window with trans-blue glass? I was going to order some more of those today and I could not find them on the website. The tinted glass is preferable to the clear for office (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

(...) Brad, Great news, man! I take back all the bad things I have said about you! Truly, Lego Direct must be the only group within TLC that "gets it." I am most appreciative, I hope that lovers of the brick understand the importance of greenery. I (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

we want....a shrubbery! one that looks nice... and not too expensive

My, my... word does travel fast, it seems. But yes, it is true. In the next round of bulk items, we will bring you... shrubbery. Well ok, bushes, if you want to be picky about it. And trees, too; lots of trees. Cypress trees (Merry Christmas, (...) (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct) !!

Hello Lego, and thanks for all the trees!

I saw the news (posted to lugnet.general) about upcoming foliage packs, including the very cool cypress tree (5 for 5 bucks! woo hoo!). Just wanted to say: Thank you! :) Kevin (23 years ago, 16-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

  Ordering custom models from Lego

There are certainly different body styles representing different types of clothes. ...Anyway, LEGO has introduced different sized figs over the years, including Fabuland, Jack (...)   Re: Shipping tip - Don't Use Regular

I now have my one. Personally, I 'm a little miffed at being expected to pay full rrp for large *online* purchases *and* pay postage. I'm especially miffed at being expected to pay a premium to have the package arrive within 2 weeks. The outcome: My (...) (23 years ago, 14-Nov-01, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Goodbye Lego and thanks for all the bricks

(...) Indeed. They did it before. Ever see the figures available during the mid 1970's? They had Town sets, but no mini-fig as we think of it. And during the 80's, it wasn't called System with a logo. The boxes just had the word LEGOLAND stamped on (...) (23 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Goodbye Lego and thanks for all the bricks

Can't you move this to "dear-lego"? This tirade really has little to do with lego direct, and if I wanted to read all the whining about lego not making toys you like anymore, I would read dear-lego. Frankly, LEGO Direct is doing a lot of things (...) (23 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Goodbye Lego and thanks for all the bricks

(...) Relax... they'll come up with a replacement for the 3033 blue tub. Offering sets consisting of only bricks is not a one-time thing, you know. Recall 950 piece buckets 1819 and 1776. Granted, the list price was $20 and a tub beats the heck out (...) (23 years ago, 13-Nov-01, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego.direct)
