I'm pleased to hear that you got the replacement parts. I phoned Lego UK today, to ask for the parts pack, but nobody knew anything about it. Just received my replacement parts yesterday. (Haven't seen the Metroliner yet). Came loose in a big yellow envelope, although I got 3 black hairpieces, not just the one replacement. 2 pony tails and one pig tails. and a bunch of clear windows. Hope (...) (...) It takes about 9 days here ONCE it ships. They state in the catalog 7 to 10 days for BC. They mean WORKING DAYS and don't count the days until the order ships.
