Just received my replacement parts yesterday. (Haven't seen the Metroliner yet). Came loose in a big yellow envelope, although I got 3 black hairpieces, not just the one replacement. 2 pony tails and one pig tails. and a bunch of clear windows. Hope (...) (...) It takes about 9 days here ONCE it ships. They state in the catalog 7 to 10 days for BC. They mean WORKING DAYS and don't count the days until the order ships. I just got off the phone with Consumer Services at Lego (1-800-835-4386) about the two parts errors in the 10001 Metroliner.
