LEGO Bionicle: Mata Nui web game

For anyone who's experienced a problem playing the Mata Nui web game on a Mac, I want to thank you for your patience and let you know that we've launched a fix. The game should work just as well now on a Mac as on a PC. Also, I'd like to thank (...) (23 years ago, 16-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

RE: Junkbot not saving progress (was: New stuff on LEGO.com...)

(...) First off, let me say this game is totally awesome! With the save working I finally had time to play through to the end.   Re: now arriving for advance orders... metroliner and club car

Yes, you will need a regulator. But rather than spend full retail, I suggest you post to buy-sell-trade and ask for one there - many people have WAY too many regulators in their collection (especially if they parted out 4561s or 4565s like I did), (...)   Re: now arriving for advance orders... metroliner and club car

(...) Since this is your "first" train set...then the easy answer is "YES" you need a speed regulator to run the train. Benjamin Medinets (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: now arriving for advance orders... metroliner and club car

(...) Stupid question time. This being my first train set coming from Pirates and Castle, is a speed regulator required to run the train? Or is it just a good thing to have. Given that I'm buying a Metroliner, Club Car, Admiral's Flagship, and (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: now arriving for advance orders... metroliner and club car

(...) My guess is that the pieces in 10001 will be structurally different. As an example, the inside of a lt grey 1x6 brick from 1993 *might* look different from a 2001 copy (I stress *might*). One thing I am pretty sure of is that the stud on the (...) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: now arriving for advance orders... metroliner and club car

(...) Andrew, I just heard for sure that there is no regulator included in the Metroliner set. You will need to purchase that separately. Thanks! Jake --- Jake McKee Sr. Producer LEGO Direct (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: This is stupid... I can't tolerate this *juniorization*...

(...) How about a Lego Factory? that would work great as a train set. *Unjuniorized* that is. It can have train tracks with an overhead crane, a flatbed train car, an 18 wheeler,-all just like the 4555, and a building with an office and work area. (...)   Re: This is stupid... I can't tolerate this *juniorization*...

(...) That sounds like an idea for a castle starter package, which I would be interested in (being that I have no castle sets, and some would be nice) (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

Re: This is stupid... I can't tolerate this *juniorization*...

(...) YEs, the big difference between computer games and Lego is that Lego you can see and touch. It also tends to be more versitile because with Lego you can do anything and Sim City you can do only almost anything. (23 years ago, 14-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)
