I'm sure the fine print isn't intended to mean TLC would actually consider releasing the winning model as a retail set (if only they would..), but it must be intended to be able to depict the winning model in commercials, press releases and the (...) (24 years ago, 8-Jan-01, to lugnet.lego.direct)

If LEGO receives a bunch of ideas and designs but does not obtain the rights then they must check every new design they market against the entries to insure (...)
