Thank you Jake! The era of friendly communication between the consumer
(AFOL) and the producer is at hand! Glad you could clear things up and very
impressed to see that you read the stuff that appears here on Lugnet.
Personally, I haven't used the online service yet, as the phone service has
been *SO* good, though you have to have a product catalog in hand. The
online service will probably be the source of choice because of this reason
in my future.
