Second Harry Potter Movie Trailer Released

In a fun coincidence to our current HP LEGO news...the second movie trailer was released today. It's not up in Apple's QuickTime Movie Trailer Theater yet (though I suppose it will be in the next couple of days), so you'll have to go to (URL) and (...)   Re: First True Harry Potter Pics!

(...) I can't really see TLC producing a set with an 8x8 chessboard, especially not one in the right scale. And with 32 chessmen. What's dumb is they didn't include the potion-test room in the final confrontation set. That would have given them a (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jun-01, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)

  HP Figure Counts

I didn't notice anyone posting about the number of each figure that are in the sets, so here goes nothing... Just remember, I'm looking at the same pictures you are. You can understand if some of these counts are approximate. Known accuracy (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jun-01, to lugnet.harrypotter)

Re: Detailed Pics of HP Elements

(...) Unlike Harry, who has an afro, Ron has a bowl cut. Did anyone else see this? NICK (23 years ago, 30-Jun-01, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)

(...) Yes, you still need spoiler notices. It is a little thing called COURTESY, which seems to be missing from today's (and yesterday's) school curricula. Paul Sinasohn in a bad mood today (23 years ago, 29-Jun-01, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)

Re: First True Harry Potter Pics!

(...) I sure hope they do surprise us. Either with minifig sets like the ones they did for Star Wars or an accessory pack with the armor, helmet, and sword along the hats, wands, etc. Of course, the Diagon Alley set is almost like an accessory pack. "Nick Cameron" <nk@md.prestige.net> wrote in message news:GFnKo2.41q@lugnet.com... (...)   Re: First True Harry Potter Pics!

(...) Lego's minifig packs have not been too pretty in recent years. And when they have come out, they feature only main characters that are easy to get in other ways. The Fright Knight minifig pack comes to mind. I can't really see them putting in (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jun-01, to lugnet.harrypotter, lugnet.castle)

Re: First True Harry Potter Pics!

(...) If only they had heavy gold bracelets and fine jewelled rings for minifigs, we could reinact this historical scene!!   Re: New Steps (was: First True Harry Potter Pics!)

(...) John, Thanks for the insight. Looking back I would agree that the HP and Belville stairs are two different 'critters'.   Harry Potter sets live up to the legend (IMHO)

Hey Guys! When I saw the first post of the official HP sets my 11 year old sister and I clicked on the link and hoped for the worst, she ( a humongous HP fan) and I ( reader of all the books and somewhat large HP fan) had expected horribly (...)
