I was fortunate enough to recently get my hands on Big Ben Bricks new Medium
Drivers, so I set out to build a Ten Wheeler based off of the Grapevine
Railroads Puffy. Lady is fully track ready, easily negotiating turns
and points with working pistons.

Looks great, Tony! Might be getting time for a cool GROUP SHOT of all of
your steam engines.... I eagerly await MY order of medium BBB wheels.
There is one thing Id like to say, and this isnt to you specifically, but
it is an appear to Ben himself. I really dont like the choice of drive rods
we have. They stick out like a sore thumb, and they detract from an
otherwise smart MOC. But what other options are there? None, really, and so
I appeal to Ben:
Please, cast us some driver rods to go along with the wheels, Ben!!!! They
would add SO much! </begging>
Thanks for sharing, Tony!

Thanks John! She was a fun build, I started her the day I got the new drivers.
Im just a little disappointed that the new drivers cant be stacked close
together like the larger versions, but only just a little. Overall they perform
very well and as always Im impressed with the craftsmanship.
Ive thought about new drive rods, but I dont know what Id want in a totally
new design. I go with the thin liftarms just because they add the smallest
amount of width, even if they are a little ugly. When the locomotive is in
motion you can hardly tell, anyway, and thats the best way to see any steam
engine. :)
As for a group shot, yeah, I suppose it is time. I did one a while ago, but at
the time two were still unfinished, and Ive built two more since.
Plus the lighting was a bit... off.
Thanks for the reply!
