10 were Save 9v Train containers and all came in one Box (Hurray!) and al
seem complete although I have not assembled them all yet. Each set came in

Out of 12 parts it was missing 4 pieces. The red scarf, the head, the hat,
and a 2x3 black plate. Ouch. I will be calling S@H in the morning and
will let you know what happens.

I just got off the phone with S@H. It appears that I was the first person
to call with a problem with their order. It took a little sorting through
and at least 3 reps worked together as it was all new to them but we got to
the 4 parts I was missing and they are all supposed to be shipped from
Denmark.
I will post again when I get the 4 missing parts. I am afraid LEGO won’t
make any money on that set with the added overseas shipping but customer
service has always been great.

Thanks for the report, Eric. No boxes for multiple copies of sets is good
news, as is S@H’s response to your missing pieces.

Interestingly, while you don’t get multiple boxes you do get all the “Paper
Cover inserts”. So if you go crazy you could end up with a ream of paper.
