| | How does the voting at the Lego Factory Competition work?

Although I am not participating, I went to the Lego Factory Competition site today to cast my vote for some entered models. How does the voting work? It seems you can vote for as many models as you like. Is that true? If so, what should I do, go (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) Yes, except that you can't vote for your own model. (...) That's up to you. If there's one model that is really head-and-shoulders above the rest, vote for that one only. Or you could just vote for all the models that you find acceptable, in (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) Can't see it too. Tried 2 different browsers. I'm quite surprised how it can get any votes at all. The jpg downloaded from the site is plain wrong, so I doubt anyone can get better (I've tried to reload the picture multiple times). What do you (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) Not to sound bitter/conspiritorial, but I smell cheating on that one. The jpeg is corrupted (and has been since day one), yet it's getting a huge number of votes. I'd like to point this out to someone in charge, but I'd rather not have to play (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) The rules IMO say: 16x16 studs building area. It doesn't mention at which height, so it must apply for all heights, so no overhang. Simply block 16x16xH, where H is height (without limits). If the size limit wouldn't apply at any other level (...) (20 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) This does seem awfully odd. It's still number one, with almost twice as many votes as the next runner-up. And it's a garbage image.
