a friend and I are running into the same problem.  He had all his LEGO stored in
his basement and with huracaine Ivan the basment filled with water to the floor
joists.  every peice of lego is caked with mud.  it is pretty bad.  so far he's
soaking it in large tubs with slightly soapy water. I'm going over tonight to
clean LEGO. I'll let you know if we come up with any good technics.

This is my first post and I hope this is not an oft asked question,as I could not find one.I know there are a lot of ways everyone can clean their bricks but to get them 'shiney' clean and not hurt them,is something I would rather just be safer than (...) (20 years ago, 22-Sep-04, to lugnet.general)
