Those are fairly bad. I got some pretty nice McLEGO promo sets a few years ago,
with all the foofy pink and purple colors, and these don't live up to those by
any means. Even so, they're still better than the run-of-the-mill crud you get
with McKidFood.
Unfortunately, I have an example that's even worse: a LEGO fast food promo,
minus the LEGO. Seriously. Last year in the UK, Burger King offered
Bionicle-related toys with their kids meals, but they were cheap-o figurine
knockoffs. I still don't understand that. Here are some pictures:

This seems to be a step backwards... after all, the first Bionicle McDonald's
promo (http://www.bzpower.com/story.php?ID=257) featuring REAL LEGO was a pretty
massive hit. Those continue to sell on the seconary markets for $10 each or
more, several years after initial release (see this auction:
