Hey guys, After running my roundup ride all day at the roadshow preview at Lego headquarters last weekend, it bacame apprent that an entire days worth of torquing the main technic axle is too much for the abs plastic which looked somewhat like a (...) I've posted the pictures I took at the LEGO Make and Create Roadshow in Dallas, Texas this past weekend, where TEXLUG and MSLTC teamed up.   Hobby Show 2003 - Reminder and Update
 
This is just a brief note to remind everyone of this upcoming event. For those who may not yet be familiar with 'The Hobby Show' I wanted to take a minute to give you an overview.   NGLTC mall open house
 
Today the NGLTC had it's first open house at our mall "club house". All day long we had heavy crowds, some had come just for the open house, others just happend to be at the mall at the right time. (...) I just looked it up and they're made ABS and "Celcon", which is an Acetal. I have no idea what properties Acetals have, but ABS is the same type of material used for the basic hard opaque LEGO pieces. That being the case, you can go a cheaper (...) (...) Do you know what the K'nex parts are made of? Without knowing that, there's no way of knowing if a bond would be possible. Of course, 3M has recently come out with a few really interesting adhesives, one of which seems to bond _securely_ to a (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

Could someone please help a desperate guy? I would like to glue together Lego & K'nex parts. Is there a glue in Canada, which bonds to both of them? I have tryed CA glue, epoxy, model builder's cement, but none of them holds. Thanks in advance (...) (22 years ago, 28-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

Last I checked, Brinkster.com had a free 50 meg account. And they support ASP and ASP .NET. (which I personally prefer to the JSP, PSP, Cold Fusion, and CGI alternatives). I pay $15/mo. for my "Premium" account - but several friends have free (...) (22 years ago, 26-Jun-03, to lugnet.general)

OK we have the basketball players minifig packs (most of which I assume are pretty low interest to a lot of people outside the US - not all admittedly but anyhoo) what minifig sets would people like to see.
