I just looked it up and they're made ABS and "Celcon", which is an Acetal.
I have no idea what properties Acetals have, but ABS is the same type of
material used for the basic hard opaque LEGO pieces. That being the case, you
can go a cheaper route and use Oatey cement. You'll need a bottle of Cleaner
(yellow label) and a bottle of Glue (red label), and you'll need to use it in a
well-ventilated area with a VOC-level respirator mask.
