Last I checked, Brinkster.com had a free 50 meg account. And they support
ASP and ASP .NET. (which I personally prefer to the JSP, PSP, Cold Fusion,
and CGI alternatives).
I pay $15/mo. for my "Premium" account - but several friends have free
accounts and seem to enjoy them.
