I emailed LEGO and just got a reply that the USA flag set IS now available for delivery in the USA. As far as I know, it's only available through their call-in odereing system though. (...) I think it's from before that, but it doesn't help. There's a vague rule that monkeys have tails and apes don't, but a lot of macaques have really really short tails that messes that one up.
