Actually, LEGO could provide a service of Timmy-recycling: one would deliver
the Timmy and would get a voucher for a brand new minifig. This could help
solve the Timmy overpopulation in so many collections...
If only that container that fell in a storm had been full of Timmies... :-/

| (...) Well, a recent inspection of bricklink prices suggests that Harry Potter is the overpopulating minifig of the moment. You can get a Harry for 1/2 the price of a Timmy. Harry is ever cheaper than the dreaded Jar Jar Binks. Although there is (...) (22 years ago, 22-Dec-02, to lugnet.general)
