| | | | (...) Yup it seems the situation has resolved itself. This was quite the discussion last night on the VLC list. I think it was more of an misunderstanding than stealing. The person who took the pics into their own gallery apparently operates (or has (...) (22 years ago, 15-May-02, to lugnet.general)

| | | | | | If the person was really making a website for commentary on MOCs then he really doesn't need permission to use the pictures. However, it is considered polite to ask. | | | | | | (...) A commentary site is certainly a legitimate thing, HOWEVER, copying an entire BrickShelf folder for use on a such a site is stretching fair use. Fair use MIGHT justify copying one picture to illustrate the article, with a link to the (...) (22 years ago, 20-May-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)
