Clearly someone somewhere did type the wrong thing.

To me this means they think you are a supplier to the company instead of
someone that needs a refund check.
But I think you ought to go ahead and fill it out! Maybe they'll buy
something from you.
I *don't* think this letter gets you to being a dealer, because it's from
their A/P department, not their A/R (accounts payable, not accounts receiveable)
++Lar (who wouldn't mind being a LEGO supplier! OR someone who gets invoiced
by their AR instead of getting his credit card charged)
