    I like receiving official letters from the TLG as much as the next AFOL. But this one I don’t understand… Did anyone else who uses Lego Shop @ Home receive this Letter? You may not like it, but this is fairly standard practice in the Big Corporate world. :-) In fact that's why EDI was invented, to allow for interchanging all this mundane stuff like purchase orders/confirmations, shipment advice/receipt, (...)       (...) Paul is correct, I'm afraid. But perhaps you could reply with statements to the effect that you are not a vendor, but a WHOLESALE CUSTOMER.    Clearly someone somewhere did type the wrong thing. (...) To me this means they think you are a supplier to the company instead of someone that needs a refund check. But I think you ought to go ahead and fill it out! Maybe they'll buy something from (...) (23 years ago, 23-Jun-01, to lugnet.general)
