Taxation on inheritance, I presume.
In Sweden (and probably in Denmark too), it is nowadays almost impossible to
inherit a large company, a castle, or anything else that is worth a lot, as
the taxes on inheritance are so large.
Neither a large company, nor a castle is really possible to 'take out a part
of' to pay the taxes, so what's left? Sell out before you die, and plan, plan,
plan...
