I bought a few sets on E-bay, I bought them for the pieces and
mini-figs, but I don't expect the plastic piece holders (You can buy the
material for it at a very cheap rate), nor the cardboard container
either. I just figure it is a waste of time and resources when no one
cares about the material (Only exception would be non-opened sets)
I do expect the instructions, if I don't have that model, and if the
brochures are there (Especially for the older sets, pre 1985) it is a
bonus.

| FWIW, I only keep the box itself (the outside shell, with the printing on it). I don't keep any of the plastic bags or plastic trays. And if I buy a used set in an auction that says 'with box', I only assume that they have the outer shell of the (...) (26 years ago, 15-Feb-99, to lugnet.general)
