Yes, the red spoked wheel is from one of the early-mid 1970's sets that came
with those wheels. Most of the sets came with red wheels, but some had them
in white. They were common in some of the Model Builders Sets of the
1970's. One such example is Set #396 - THATCHER PERKINS LOCOMOTIVE, which
had 6 of them. There are about 8 other sets that have these wheels.
These wheels are in big demand today. I personally would pay $10-15 per
pair today, depending on condition.
