Hey Richard, did your 6416's from the KB Outlet have the opened mouthed
"babe"? Kevin W. noticed that the minifig with the lipstick had a closed mouth
unlike what is pictured on the box, and sure enough, mine did too. But I just
checked a U.S. version of 6416 that I had gotten a few years ago at TRU (the
price sticker said $10.90!!) and it contains the open mouth version as
pictured. I wonder if LEGO purposely made the substitution? It wouldn't have
occured to me that some markets might find the open mouth objectionable-- that
is, until I read your post!
But as you said, 'nuff said.
