dark grey - scarce, in some current Star Wars sets (like Sith Infiltrator).

green - rare, 1 2x2 peak in Robber's Retreat Ninja set (only one I know of)

Although blue is verging on common with them showing up in a number of
Knights Kingdom sets.
And gray is abut to make a comeback with 4 of them in the MTT Star Wars
set.
