  Lost Castles?

Hey all, seeing this in Lugnet .space : (URL) me wonder whether anyone has ever collected all the lego MOC castles of large dimensions into one place... I can remember a few from Lugnet lore but I'm sure there were more before I got online in the (...) (21 years ago, 4-May-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Hmm, we could add related sites to lugnet.org (lugnet.org.legofan) or we could create a new hierarchy lugnet.site, so it would be lugnset.site.legofan. If we do that, it would at least give people a place for all the "what's wrong with (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Yeah, I could - but I shouldn't have to, IMO. (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) More than soon enough for me! I've been waiting for over two weeks here at home to have a painter come look at a job I have for him... (...) Thank you! (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Hi Anders, I apologize for not catching this sooner. I have been busy and haven't been able to watch the thread as I should be. Anyways, your changes will be done in the site, and you are right, this should be an easy thing to take care of. (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Me either actually. (...) nod. You could mail Richard Morton directly, IF you knew that's who you would want to mail... but as you point out elsethread and above, that info's not readily available if you don't already know. (...) Ya'd think. (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) ... personally, I don't like it very much if I must register to be able to contact a website concerning problems with the site. I was just trying to help them have the correct link(s). (...) Well, if it doesn't fit in anywhere, then it must be (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) But my point was that I just wanted to correct a 'reviwed and approved' link, and the whole site is completely free of contact info. Not even in the bottom fine print is there a mailto-link for reporting problems. (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

"Anders Isaksson" <isaksson.etuna@REMO...telia.com> wrote in message news:IFxAwC.1A6D@lugnet.com... (...) I think if you register, you can add URLs to the list. Once they are reviewed and approved, they'll show up in the list. Rob Lar- maybe there (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) I couldn't find any contact info on any of the pages, so I'll report here: The link to my BlockCAD program ((URL) on page (URL) is a (little) bit outdated, and should be changed to: (URL) Anders Isaksson, Sweden BlockCAD: (2 URLs) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Does Lugnet have a parts "Wish List" page?

(...) No. Posts never expire from the lugnet server. Your Outlook Express, OTOH, is probably set to expire the (downloaded) posts after 30 days, but you can change that, and get them again by resetting the newsgroup. Or, you can read lugnet via the (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: Does Lugnet have a parts "Wish List" page?

(...) Could you clarify that? I was not aware that any posts on LUGNET ever expire! That's not the design intent. Can you provide a link to a post that's expired? Sometimes the picture links go bad though, but that's a function of where they are (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.admin.suggestions)

Does Lugnet have a parts "Wish List" page?

If not, I think it would be a great idea. Just recently in dear-lego, I've seen some excellent CAD drawings of parts that would be incredibly useful if they were actually produced. However, posts from dear-lego eventually expire and I think it would (...) (21 years ago, 1-May-05, to lugnet.general)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Richard is working the next button issue and will have it fixed within the next day or two. The search function is something that will be happening in the next week, so expect something to show pretty soon! Joe (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Thanks Philo, I have passed this on to the webmaster (Richard Morton) to fix (that may be a minor problem, but not to those who are on the next page). The search function will take a little time to do. Once I get in touch with Richard, I will (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

Re: LEGOFan.org 2.0 is now online!

(...) Great work! Minor problem: the "next" button in Website Directory does nothing for me. Perhaps some search function would be nice too... Philo (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: new scans posted

(...) Nice photos Dave! I love the Doll Furniture set. It predates the Homemaker/Big People sets by a few years. It looks kinda lonely, all that furniture and no people. Samsonite (USA/Canada) Lego was kind of a trend setter. They had gears (1965) 5 (...) (21 years ago, 3-May-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.inst)
