  rarest printed parts?

What are the rarest printed parts? I own both of the printed 1 x 6 x 5 astronaut bricks from classic space (and some other printed classic space bits) but I have the feeling there are rarer printed bits out there. (21 years ago, 18-Dec-04, to lugnet.general)

  Rarest Lego Road Plate

It has been very quiet in lugnet.general lately.... Most collectors are not aware of this road plate (on EBAY, two are shown): (URL) was the first ever ABS Lego road plate, and was produced from 1970-72, only for the USA Samsonite Lego market. It is (...) (21 years ago, 18-Dec-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Where from this coupling comes?

(...) It's a standard train coupling that was used in the late 60's. It comes with piece number 3176 (plate 3x2 with hole) or 737 (plate 2x4 with coupling, female). Examples: sets 80, 111, 112, 113, 116, 117, 903,... We had set 112, so I remembered (...) (21 years ago, 15-Dec-04, to lugnet.general)

  Where from this coupling comes?

Hi! I've got such old couplings: (URL) More (really not more...) on Peeron: (URL) Do somebody know where those couplings were used? How old are they? What is their possible value (are they rare or not)? Thank you very much for each reply! Luca (21 years ago, 15-Dec-04, to lugnet.general, FTX)

1 x 3 bricks in transparent dark blue

Does anyone know where 1 x 3 bricks in transparent dark blue would be from? Bricklink has some for sale but neither bricklink not peeron can tell me what set they came in. (21 years ago, 15-Dec-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Is this a Lego part or not?

Is this a Lego part or not?

Hey everybody - Need some help. I am trying to figure out if the ferns seen in (URL) this picture> are a Lego part or not. I have never seen anything like it so my guess would be no.   Clear Bricks in 2x8 and 2x10

Clear bricks were available in many sizes, but in 2 sizes, 2x8 and 2x10 they seem to ONLY have been sold in the USA, and that was during the 1960's. This was recently confirmed by a Bricklink purchase I made from Europe of 4 2x10 and 2 2x8 bricks. (...) (21 years ago, 15-Dec-04, to lugnet.general)
