How does the voting at the Lego Factory Competition work?

Although I am not participating, I went to the Lego Factory Competition site today to cast my vote for some entered models. How does the voting work? It seems you can vote for as many models as you like. Is that true? If so, what should I do, go (...) (21 years ago, 17-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

  Click Hinges and Flowers

Hey guys, I need some help here - a week or so ago I saw a folder on BrickShelf with click hinge rings with various colors.   Re: Items removed from Brickshelf

(...) Let me clarify this statement.... there are so many different variations on early sets (the color something is painted, the color combinations, the box picture, etc), that with some sets such as #214 (classic windows/doors spare parts) there (...)   Re: Items removed from Brickshelf

(...) Today people expect a set number on every Lego item. Back in the 50's and 60's that was not the case. Many Lego items were produced back then without numbers. Wooden box sets are a good example. They were produced as numbers: #700, #700K, (...) (21 years ago, 16-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Creator Set has 500 extra pieces in dazzling colors...

(...) I have a box that appears to be labeled 3314 acquired from the perth city store. Also, 3314 (I think) was spotted at the Morley store. Mine had old colors in both the tub and bonus box with the exception of some dark grey 1 x 1 "teeth" pieces. (...) (21 years ago, 15-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Items removed from Brickshelf

(...) Hi all, I was wondering why does this book have a number 238? I mean, if we take a look at the first scan we can see text: LEGO's Ideeenboek 1 Please let me know why this book has number 238 and not number 1. Thanks, Saso (21 years ago, 15-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

ARGH!! Yet another tortuous Lego dream and an old sticker question!

Hey all, Seems that writing about Lego dreams only throws more gasoline on the fire of my Lego dream hearth. I dreamt I found a bunch more old sets but the capper was I discovered a UCS A-Wing (which just happened to brimming with dark red, one of (...) (21 years ago, 14-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: Creator Set has 500 extra pieces in dazzling colors...

(...) Well these bonus boxes recently showed up in Australia (thanks LEGO!) and the number stamped on all the boxes I saw was 3214. Looks like maybe we got yet another assortment! In fact there were 2 or 3 variations within our assortment, and lots (...) (21 years ago, 15-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: A window using SNOT and SNIR techniques

(...) This is a great, I was wondering whether loading a .pdf would be worth it (takes ages on my PC) but I wasn't disapointed. I had not really noticed James method before but the half-stud-offset-and-tile method is even better!   Items removed from Brickshelf

In the posts on the #238 Lego book (1960-68), Eric Strand had to have the #238 scans removed from Brickshelf, and so he put them onto his own website. I was looking thru Brickshelf, and I noticed that the scans for Lego Book #239 were missing (this (...) (21 years ago, 13-Nov-04, to lugnet.general)
