I've just bought my first sets with the new colours in and the new brown colour is the same as a popular brand of chocolate (candy) here in the UK. You probably shouldn't look at (URL) then ;-) The house we'll be building in the future will have a 12x15 Lego room, plus at least part of a 10x40 room for storage.
