Hi all! I am not in to lego robotics myself, but I want to share this: At the Robotex 2003 ((URL) ) competion, the winner was the Lego robot. (...) Exactly. Jake is in charge of Community Development. If LEGO wanted to do some market research, why didn't they tap into his direct contact with the community? In my copy of 4851, the 1x2x4 panels are clear - just like in the instructions and on the pictures on the box. I guess you should contact your Lego customer (...) The instructions for the set and the peeron inventory show the "spider tank" has having clear 1 x 2 x 4 panels. However, my set came with "smoke" 1 x 2 x 4 panels. (...) Actually, today's red is much different than '70s red. This color shocked me when I exited my dark ages and compared my '60s-'80s bricks with my '90s+.
